General Rules

All esports markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled match/map, unless otherwise stated. If a draw option has not been made available, then extra-time will count if played. In the event a game/map has been declared a “stale-mate” draw when a draw option is not available within the game rules, all bets will stand only if the game/map is replayed within 48 hours. All settlement will occur using the official result as declared by the relevant tournament organiser of the concerned competition.

Matches Not Played as Listed

If the name of a player/team is misspelled, all bets will stand unless it is obvious it is the wrong object. If a player plays with the wrong nickname or on a smurf/secondary account in an official match, the result is still valid unless it is stated by the organiser that it was a violation of match rules.

Wagers will not be cancelled because a team is playing with a stand-in or replacement player. If the organizer of the event allows for standins and there is an official result, all bets will be graded normally.

If for any reason the length of a series or game is changed, Match winner markets will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant organiser, all other wagers will be void.

Abandonments/Postponements

In the event the result of a match is overruled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances - such as cheating - all bets on that match will be void and refunded.

If a match has been declared by the official organisation as a walkover win - match has not started - all bets will be void.

If a team or player retires during a match, only wagers on the completed individual maps or games will be resulted using what is declared as the official result. Markets such as Match 2way, Match Handicap and Match Totals will all be void unless the entire match has been completed.

Outrights

Outright bets on leagues, groups, players and competitions concerning the finish position, stage of elimination or ranking of teams and players will be determined at the end of the scheduled programme of matches.

Unless otherwise stated, outright markets are considered All-in Run or not, therefore bets will stand on any team which does not complete all of its fixtures and either retires or forfeits the competition.

Live Betting

Counter Strike: Global Offensive

If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial start time, all undecided markets are void (The bet can be voided, before 48 hours has passed, in agreement between the client and Betadda). Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

Live Betting Settlement and Cancellation Rules

1. Markets will be settled based on officially published results.
2. If the fixture is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.
3. In case of a walkover or retirement, all undecided markets are void.
4. If a match or map is not finished, all undecided markets are void.
5. If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection, or technical issues which are not player-related, all undecided markets will be void.
6. The replayed match or map will be handled separately.
7. If the standard number of maps is changed or differs from those offered for betting purposes, we reserve the right to void betting.

Dota 2

eFIFA

All markets (except first half markets) are considered for regular time only unless otherwise stated. Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

Settlement and Cancellation Rules

1. If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting.
2. If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting.
3. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.
4. If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.
5. If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial scheduled match start, betting will be void.
6. If a match gets abandoned and restarted, unsettled markets will be void.
7. If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

eNBA

Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

Settlement and Cancellation Rules

1. If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial scheduled match start, betting will be void.
2. If a match gets abandoned and restarted, unsettled markets will be void.
3. If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.
4. If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
5. In the event that a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time.

eNHL

All markets (except period markets) are considered for regular time only unless otherwise stated.

Settlement and Cancellation Rules
